The Custom Process

In addition to hand carving jewelry, we have Counter Sketch, CAD, a five axis mill, and 3D printer at our disposal to bring your custom jewelry to life virtually.  Design

Helping you create the perfect jewelry is what we specialize in. We want you to love your jewelry and be happy with the design. By using wax models, hand fabrication, or computer imaging we are able to ensure that the design is exactly what you want before we create the jewelry.

 

Once the design is approved, the model is converted to metal through a process called casting.   you can see an example of some rings just after they have been cast.  After the jewelry is cast, the jewelers begin to shape and polish the jewelry.  The next step is to set the stones and add any special finishes to the jewelry to make it truly one of a kind.
