Shipping & Returns


All gold jewelry will be insured and mailed overnight through USPS. Sterling silver jewelry will be fully insured and mailed through USPS. If you need expedited shipping on sterling silver jewelry, please let us know.


It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges of UNWORN jewelry provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. We must be notified of the return  within 10 days of receipt, and there is a 30% return fee. This means that you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price. To start the return process, please call 920-921-3113 or email  with your name and order number to receive your return authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for items lost in the mail, so please insure the jewelry when shipping it back to us.

Custom Jewelry

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, lake pendant, or any other custom made or altered jewelry (Example: sizing) as each is made to order just for you. However, if you place a custom order and are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right!
